441kW Jaguar XE SV Project 8 revealed

441kW Jaguar XE SV Project 8 revealed

The Jaguar XE SV Project 8 Collector's Edition promises "supercar performance and dynamics in a sedan" (saloon to the rest of us).

Under the chunky, vented bonnet sits a version of the 5.0-litre V8 also seen in the F-Type SVR sports vehicle.

Unidentified object flies from North Korea over border with South
If launched from within North Korea , the missile could potentially strike all of Japan, South Korea, and even USA forces in Guam. Seoul's military believe the uobject was launched from North Korea and local media has reported that it could have been a drone.

The Leaping Cat has previewed its rival to the fast four-door Germans, confirming its Special Vehicles Operations (SVO) division is in the final stages of developing a V8-powered version of the compact XE sedan that it claims is the most extreme road auto ever produced by Jaguar. A camouflaged test mule is now testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife and will debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next month. When the Project 8 eventually makes production, it'll do so as a limited-run model, with just 300 units planned globally - 50 more than the Project 7 - in left-hand drive only. Currently, the fastest four-door around the track is Alfa Romeo's Giulia QV, but that might change with the XE SV Project 8. The specialist JLR SVO department is going to build 300 of them, for global distribution, in its second production auto project after 2014's Jaguar F-Type Project 7. Indeed, it's the most powerful road-legal Jaguar there's ever been.

It transforms the XE compact executive saloon into a super-aerodynamic performance vehicle with the most powerful version of Jaguar Land Rover's 5.0-litre V8 ever produced. Full technical specifications will be announced closer to the vehicle's debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

US acknowledges civilian deaths in Mosul
The GBU-38 alone would have only resulted in "localized damage to the roof and second floor", Isler said . There was a secondary explosion in the back side of the building that caused the building to collapse.

Special operations managing director at Jaguar Land Rover John Edwards says the project builds on the success of the F-Type Project 7. Just 300 being built.

The team is very enthusiastic and is committed to the creation of a thrilling experience for the driver. Price hasn't been released, but Edwards stated that, "The price for such an extreme performance sports auto available in strictly limited numbers will reflect that".
