Kunitz's double-OT goal sends Penguins back to Stanley Cup

Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Justin Schultz and right wing Patric Hornqvist may come out of injury to play in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final against the Ottawa Senators at PPG Paints Arena on Thursday.

The Senators were bidding to make it for the first time since 2007 but instead dropped to 0-6 all-time in Game 7s. He finished the night with two goals, an assist and a chance to win another Stanley Cup title.

Nashville advanced to the league championship with a six-game win over the Anaheim Ducks in the Western Conference final. "I feel that definitely today is one of those games that he can be going in and make a contribution".

Pochettino: West Ham match was "must win" for Spurs
Spurs have just come off a run of nine consecutive wins in one of the most competitive leagues in the world which is no mean feat. We miss a little bit of fluidity to play in possession and move the ball quick and try to find the space and break them down.

"I think it was important just to let the guys know, 'Stay in the moment!'" Kelly said. After their game five shutout at home, they're surely hoping to repeat that kind of magic. There have been several Game 7s for Pittsburgh in the interim on both sides of the ledger, though the Penguins are 2-0 in Game 7s under Sullivan. STANLEY CUP HALF FULL/HALF EMPTYThe Ottawa Senators - By all rights, the Ottawa Senators didn't have the profile of a team that should reach the Stanley Cup Final - they were the only team in this year's playoffs with a negative goal differential in the regular season - and yet they locked down the Penguins to the point that Game Seven, for a chance to play in the Stanley Cup Final, went to double overtime.

Victory in Game 7 also means Crosby gets to keep adding to playoff numbers that already stack up favourably with the all-time greats.

The game was almost halfway through regulation before the Penguins scored the first goal off a two-on-one against Ottawa defenceman Erik Karlsson. Subban has been spectacular at times during the playoffs and goaltender Pekka Rinne is playing the finest hockey of his career, helping stoke the passion of a fanbase that likes to sledgehammer beat-up cars in parking lots before games and throw catfish onto the ice during them.

Or that, on the whole, they'd be entirely too exhausted, constantly hearing that teams coming off a long run the year before don't have enough left in the tank to do it again, let alone in a year that also featured worldwide competition.

The ruling clearing the way for same-sex marriage is the first in Asia, where socially conservative attitudes largely hold sway. The legislature now has two years either to amend the Civil Code or to enact laws addressing same-sex couples.

Kunitz scored twice, his first two goals of the playoffs. "So for us as players, this is what it's all about".

He was finally beaten a second time with Dion Phaneuf in the box for interfering with former Maple Leaf teammate Phil Kessel.

Anderson, of the USA, was the first star in a 2-1 game six Senators victory that set the stage for Thursday's winner-take all showdown in Pittsburgh.

"He's one of our leaders in the room for a reason", said forward Conor Sheary, who was on a line with Kunitz on Thursday.
