Metroid Prime 4 and Pokemon RPG announced for Nintendo Switch

If the title sounds familiar, it's in fact a 3DS remake of Metroid II: Return of Samus which was originally released for the Game Boy handheld waaay back in 1991. Just moments ago at Nintendo's E3 Showcase the company finally announced Metroid Prime 4, with the game already in development for Nintendo Switch. It's coming in the form of Metroid: Samus Returns which is basically a remake of Metroid II with improved graphics and controls.

Israel's in love with its homegrown Wonder Woman Gal Gadot
Alamo Drafthouse Cinema's "women only" 7 p.m. screening has already sold out, but all gender screenings are still open. She took over Wonder Woman after Michelle MacLaren left over creative differences.

Additionally, new to Metroid: Samus Returns are enemies that have all new behaviors and attack patterns that fit in line with the new 360 aiming mechanics. This game is also compatible with the Zero Suit Samus and Samus amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. series. Today Nintendo confirmed that Metroid Prime 4 is indeed happening. It's not unusual for Nintendo to announce a game so early in development (much like it did with Breath of the Wild) but it does make us curious for what to expect. Check out the gallery below and let us know what you think of Samus's return to the Nintendo handheld library.

Yesterday it emerged that one of the attackers, Zaghba Youssef, had been flagged by Italian security services a year ago . British police and security services already have some of the most powerful surveillance laws in the world.

As a lifelong Metroid fan, I have to admit that the trailer below gave me chills. Last year, an excellent fan-made reimagining called AM2R (Another Metroid 2 Remake) was released and promptly cease-and-desisted by Nintendo's eager legal department. A teaser for Metroid Prime 4, however, was slipped into the post-credits scene of Metroid Prime: Federation Force, with many gamers believing that the character at the end is the hunter Sylux.

Halep and Ostapenko to meet in Roland Garros final
In the second set, Pliskova was able to break Halep to take a 4-2 lead after each player held serve for the first five games. Pliskova would cut the deficit to 4-3 only to blaze a forehand long, leaving Halep to serve out the match after two hours.

There's very little information on the game at this point, but we'll be sure to provide updates as soon as they become available.
